It is saying to yourself, \"I am with you. I'm not letting go. Feel it. What part of me is feeling lonely today?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. What do I need, but am not giving myself?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What can I do today to take real care of myself?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respond honestly. No obligation. No guilt.
